Sharing a Rock

I took a short walk along Thames River this morning.  I didn't see too much.  There was a few Mallards, Ring-billed Gulls and Double-crested Cormorants.  I zoomed in on a rock where a cormorant was standing and noticed something on the rock with the cormorant.
