Leucism - Dark-eyed Junco

This dark-eyed Junco was at my feeder - winter 2014.

The junco is close to be an albino but has some dark coloured feathers on its wings.  It appears to have a little greying on the front and side of it's head....dark eyes.  I took this picture late in the day.

I had great difficulty taking this photo of the Green Heron.  It was way back in the bushes. 
It was moving around slowly.  I couldn't totally focus on the heron.  This is my best photo.
