Strolling around Birding

 Birding this past week in London area.

Tennessee Warbler - Lifer

As I was birding, flocks of blackbirds came flying in.  Mostly Red-winged Blackbirds with Grackles mixed in.  It's very exciting seeing flocks of birds moving around.

There were flocks of House Finches flying around from tree to tree with some American Goldfinches.

The fields are very pretty right now with the purples, yellows, oranges, and reds of trees, shrubs and flowers.

Week of September 9-13, 2019

I have been out and about this past week mostly in Hyde Park area.
The birds have been quiet.  I saw more Monarchs this week migrating.  I love seeing a lot of Monarchs.  Here are some of the photos I took around the area.

Mixture of Stuff in Hyde Park

I went for a walk in the morning as it was going to be a hot day. 
(27c, feels like 35c, sunny)  I went through the fields for butterflies and walked the trail to see what I can find.

Birds I saw today were Canada Geese, Mallards, Turkey Vulture, Ring-billed Gull, Great Blue Heron, Northern Cardinals, Blue Jays, American Robins and Great Egret.
