Looking for Birds & Butterflies

The day started out cloudy, cool and everything is still wet from yesterday.  I first went to Sifton Bog.  As I got in there, there were a few public school classes in there. So I left.  As I got into the car, there were Northern Cardinals in the shrubs feeding their young.  I took these photos from inside the car. 

 

I went to Hyde Park.  It was fairly quiet.  I saw 2 Great Blue Herons and 4 Turkey Vultures above.  I decided to take photos of some wild flowers.

I found some butterflies low in the vegetation.
