Annual Spring Flooding - Gibbons Park

Gibbons Park, London, Ontario

I went for a walk in Gibbons Park this morning.  The Thames River is overflowing and causing some flooding. The geese and ducks love it!  I took some shots of the flood areas...it was a very dull, overcast morning so photos are not great.

I visited Mom Owl, she was having a nap.  The babies are in there somewhere!

  1. Water levels are stable here in Wallaceburg. Hopefully not much rain this spring compared to last year. We have no leeway for a rise in water levels!
