I went for a walk at Gibbons Park to see what spring birds I can find. It was chilly but nice and sunny. I heard and saw Grackles, Red-winged Blackbirds, lots of Canada Geese, Mallards, and Common Crows.

I was pleased to see the Great-Horned Owl very high up in an old Willow Tree. She is sitting on her nest and having a sleep.

I walked along the river and can hear a Carolina Wren and Song Sparrows.
I also saw Red-bellied Woodpeckers, Downy Woodpecker, White-breasted Nuthatch, Black-capped Chickadees, Robins, and Mourning Doves. A nice variety of birds.
